This is our most common question and unfortunately the answer is unhelpfully, "it depends".

Our 3-4kg box is normally sufficient for 1-2 standard size wreaths.

The 8kg+ box would normally be sufficient for 6-8 wreaths.

The number of wreaths is impacted by the size of the wreath frame, how much additional material you would normally add and how 'full' a look you are aiming for.

Please see 'How Much Do I Need For a Wreath?' for general guidance but a standard single door would need around 20kg (e.g. 8kg+8kg+4kg)

Delivery is normally included in the price and all orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. This is not a guaranteed 24hr service but based on our experience last year around 90% arrive the next day.

Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund for delayed delivery unless it is past 5 working days. Please see refund policy for more information.

All of our foliage is cut to order so in short, very fresh! Trees are normally cut the day before dispatch.

The foliage will arrive freshly cut but some steps will help keeping it looking its best for longer.

Before use please store in a cool place.

Once made if it is kept indoors please keep it away from direct heat and mist it regularaly.

Please ensure you allow some contingency for delivery before your workshop. Although we have an incredibly strong record with dispatching foliage on time, once it is dispatched with Royal Mail it is unfortunately out of our hands.

We are very happy to consider bulk pricing for any purchases over 40kg.

The 40kg+ doesn't necessarily needs to be delivered all at the same time if you offering multiple workshops.

Please note a key driver in our pricing is postage but we absolutely offer the best price we can.

Problems are rare but when they do happen we will do everything we can to resolve them as quickly as possible.
