Order Processing
All foliage is freshly cut to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are processed in line with the week commencing (w/c) date selected at checkout.
If ‘Delivery ASAP’ is selected, we aim to dispatch your order within 72 hours.

Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery services:

• Tracked 24 (Royal Mail or Courier) – Typically arrives the next working day after dispatch. Please note this is not a guaranteed 24-hour service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. You may select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We aim to meet your chosen date, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are included in the product price — no additional charges will be added at checkout.

Delivery Conditions
Foliage may arrive damp if harvested during wet weather.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for fresh products.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has left our premises.
